Privacy policy
Bridges Advisory is a sole trader operation run by James Bridges. This policy explains what happens to your information when you complete the AI Gap Diagnostic on this site, and it is written to meet Bridges Advisory's obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you complete the AI Gap Diagnostic, we collect your name, email address, organisation, role and your answers to the diagnostic questions. We don't collect anything beyond that: no payment details, no tracking of your browsing beyond this site, no data sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
To send you your diagnostic results if you ask for them, and to follow up with you about how Bridges Advisory might help, if that follow-up is relevant. We don't use your information for any other purpose, and we don't add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Where it's held
Submitting the diagnostic sends your details and results by email via Resend, a transactional email provider, to James Bridges' inbox and, if you request it, to your own inbox. We don't operate a separate database or CRM for diagnostic responses; the information lives in that email correspondence.
How long we keep it
We keep the email correspondence for as long as it's useful to the relationship, and we delete it on request. If you want your information removed, email james.bridgesadvisory@gmail.com and we'll delete it from our records.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Contact james.bridgesadvisory@gmail.com for any of this, or to raise a concern about how your information has been handled. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
